Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you:

b)	During a mutual appointment/meeting
c)	Via our website portal

b)	To obtain support as a Christian worker
c)	To publicize/promote relevant information and services
d)	To provide relevant information and services

5.	We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

a)	Some Discipleship Group mail lists

6.	We use the information that you have given us in order to:

a)	To maintain contact as a Christian worker
b)	To obtain support as a Christian worker
c)	To publicize/promote relevant information and services
d)	To provide relevant information and services

We would never share this information with a third party - other organisations or individuals.

Your information is securely stored. 
We keep your name, mobile number and email address for as long as it is required. We will then dispose your information. We will erase (delete) all electronic data from any live, as well as back-up systems; and we will shred any paper data.

b)	Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
