Was born in Islington, London, and studied in Nigeria and North America.

Desperately searching for Purpose, during my third year of university, I found it at a business men's breakfast meeting (FGBMFI) in Lagos, Nigeria.

After graduating, I returned to the UK and then went on to study in the US, where I was priviledged to learn from Dr Lester Sumrall and his 'son', Dr Roberts Liardon. One of the final modules involved a missions tour across East Asia, spanning Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, and later Europe and the UK.

After returning to the UK, I worked at various corporations, with diverse cultures and communities, and found purpose viewing every assignment at every stage through the lens of Missions.

Workers Aflame! was launched as a Staff Network in 2009. It sat comfortably within the Diversity Framework of the corporation to raise awareness of the benefits of faith and belief at work. As a network, we organised various lunchtime events. The Alpha Course as one of them enabled colleagues to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, corporate setting over lunch. The approach proved contextual and effective.

The staff network transitioned during the pandemic and became an online platform that supported workers across London, and beyond.

During this time, I was also privileged to serve as trustee of the historic charity Christians At Work (CAW), and later Transform Work UK (TWUK) as their Lead Ambassador. As a member of Kensington Temple, London (Elim), I was enabled to lead and support a group of diverse individuals who are now leaders in their sphere. In the interim of transition, I attended HTB Church, London (known for Alpha / Revitalise Trust). I recently relocated and settled in Aberdeen, UK as a member of Kings Church, Aberdeen, a diverse and dynamic church in the North of UK.

As a contemplative, I thrive in natural habitats, enjoy nature-walks, reading, writing and creative design. I also enjoy a good conversation, leaning in to listen, to learn, to understand people and events, and to write.

Angela Merkel (former Chancellor of Germany) said regarding her faith:

'I am a member of the Protestant Church. I believe in God, and religion is also my constant companion, and has been for the whole of my life. We as Christians should, above all, not be afraid of standing up for our beliefs." She also publicly declared that Germany (and the West) suffers not from "too much Islam" but "too little Christianity'
